This weekend, we drove out west to my parent’s and also stopped at Inboden’s Meat Market. Inboden’s is a small butcher shop and grocery store in Dekalb, Il with a really great selection of products. Plus, they cater events. See where I’m going with this?
We had a meeting with the manager/owner and head chef to discuss the food possibilities at our wedding, which was exciting and overwhelming at the same time. They seem to know what they’re doing and be genuinely interested in providing a unique menu for our unique event, which definitely made us feel good.
We also picked up a loaf of their white chocolate pumpkin bread, which was great! We definitely want to have some desert breads at our wedding. Who wouldn’t like that? Nobody we would associate with.
