
I can’t think of a time when I saw a recipe for a savory waffle dish and thought, “Yes, we need to make that,” and not, “forget this savory waffle BS, let’s have a good old-fashioned buttermilk waffle and breakfast for dinner.” I’m glad to report that not only did this recipe for a waffle with chives, salsa, and an egg get us excited, but it was totally worth it.
